Based in Doral, our team brings solid expertise in both Florida Statute 718 (condominiums) and Florida Statute 720 (HOAs), along with DBPR rules and the day-to-day realities of managing associations across South Florida.

Our manager holds an active LCAM license issued by the Florida DBPR, as required by Florida Statute 468 for associations with 10 or more units.
